Please read these terms before using the store.

These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and Solviaworld regarding your access to and use of solviaworld.shop, including browsing, creating an account, submitting information, purchasing products and requesting customized furniture.

By accessing the website, placing an order or confirming a customized design, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the website or place an order. Certain provisions may not apply where prohibited by mandatory consumer protection law.

Important for custom furniture customers

Customized products may be manufactured according to customer-approved dimensions, colors, drawer layouts, modules and configurations. Carefully review every approved detail because custom products are generally subject to restricted cancellation and return rights.

Article 01

Eligibility and Authority

You may use the website and place an order only if you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

If you use the website on behalf of a company, organization or another person, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on their behalf.

Customers below the applicable age of legal capacity should use the website only with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

Article 02

Website Use and Customer Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete information when creating an account, placing an order or contacting Solviaworld.

You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must not:

  • Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
  • Attempt to interfere with website security or operation.
  • Introduce malware, harmful code or automated attacks.
  • Collect information from the website through unauthorized scraping.
  • Impersonate another person or submit false payment information.
  • Use content in a way that infringes intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to bypass product, payment or geographic restrictions.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the website, payment systems, legal rights or store security.

Article 03

Product Information and Website Accuracy

We aim to describe furniture, colors, measurements, materials, functions and customization options accurately. However, product information may occasionally contain typographical errors, incomplete details or technical inaccuracies.

01

Color Display

Device screens, photography and lighting may alter the appearance of colors.

02

Measurements

Minor production tolerances may occur unless a specific tolerance is expressly agreed.

03

Natural Variation

Material texture, finish and component appearance may vary between production batches.

Product photographs are illustrative and may include decorative objects not included with the purchase. Refer to the product description and confirmed order details to determine what is included.

We may correct website errors, update product information or withdraw products without prior notice, subject to applicable law and existing accepted orders.

Article 04

Product Availability

Product display on the website does not guarantee continuous availability. Products, components, colors, finishes and customization options may be limited, discontinued or changed.

If an ordered product or essential component becomes unavailable, we may contact you to offer an alternative, revised production estimate or cancellation and refund for the affected unfulfilled item.

We may limit quantities, refuse unusually large orders or restrict products by destination where reasonably necessary because of inventory, logistics, compliance or suspected resale activity.

Article 05

Orders and Contract Formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products under these terms. An automated order receipt confirms that we received your submission but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

We may review payment authorization, address information, product availability, shipping eligibility and customization details before accepting an order.

Subject to applicable law, an order is accepted when we expressly confirm acceptance, begin production of an approved custom product or dispatch the ordered merchandise.

We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance because of payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing error, product unavailability, delivery restrictions or violation of these terms. Amounts collected for a cancelled, unfulfilled order will be refunded as applicable.

Article 06

Customized and Made-to-Order Products

Custom products include furniture manufactured or modified according to customer-selected dimensions, colors, finishes, configurations, inscriptions, modules or other approved details.

Customers are responsible for checking the accuracy and suitability of submitted measurements and approved specifications. Solviaworld is not responsible for a product failing to fit because of inaccurate room, doorway, hallway, lift, staircase or furniture measurements supplied by the customer.

Changes after approval

Contact us immediately if an approved specification is incorrect. Once materials have been prepared or production has started, changes may be impossible or may require additional payment and extended production time.

Customized products are generally final sale and are not eligible for return or cancellation because of a change of mind, color preference, styling preference or customer measurement error, except where a mandatory legal right or verified product defect applies.

Article 07

Prices, Taxes and Additional Charges

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or checkout. Prices may change without prior notice, but changes will not normally affect an already accepted order.

Applicable taxes may be included in the displayed price or calculated during checkout, depending on the destination, market and legal requirements.

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, brokerage charges or destination taxes. Unless expressly stated as included, these amounts are the responsibility of the recipient.

Additional services such as remote-area delivery, freight delivery, redelivery, storage, stair carrying, indoor placement, assembly or installation are not included unless expressly confirmed.

Article 08

Payment

Orders must be paid using a payment method available at checkout or otherwise approved by Solviaworld. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payment may be authorized or collected before product preparation, customization or dispatch. Payment providers may conduct fraud, identity or authorization checks.

If payment is declined, reversed, disputed or identified as unauthorized, we may pause production, suspend delivery, cancel the order or take other lawful action.

Article 09

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, processing requirements, estimated delivery times and customer responsibilities are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing. Production delays, carrier capacity, customs processing, weather, remote locations and other circumstances may affect delivery.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information and ensure that the destination can receive the ordered product. Large furniture may require a delivery appointment and may be limited to curbside, building entrance or another specified delivery point.

Risk allocation, delivery completion and title to goods will be determined according to the agreed delivery arrangement and applicable law.

Article 10

Inspection, Damage and Missing Components

Customers should inspect the outer packaging and product promptly after delivery. Keep all packaging, labels, hardware and damaged components until the issue has been reviewed.

Reports of transportation damage, manufacturing defects, incorrect products or missing major components should include the order number, photographs of the complete product, close-up photographs, packaging images and the shipping label.

Depending on the circumstances, available remedies may include replacement parts, repair support, partial refund, replacement or return for refund. The remedy will be determined according to the evidence, product condition, applicable policy and mandatory law.

Article 11

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Return eligibility, return authorization, condition requirements, refund timing, return shipping responsibilities and custom-product restrictions are described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must contact Solviaworld before returning an item. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Customized orders generally cannot be cancelled after design approval, material preparation or production has started.

Nothing in these terms limits a mandatory cancellation, refund or warranty right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Article 12

Assembly, Installation and Safe Use

Customers must follow all product instructions and use appropriate tools, hardware and qualified assistance when assembling or installing furniture.

Tall furniture, wall-mounted cabinets, bookcases and modular units may require secure anchoring. Wall composition, hidden utilities, local building requirements and suitable fasteners should be assessed before installation.

Solviaworld is not responsible for damage resulting from improper assembly, unsuitable wall fixings, unauthorized modification, misuse, overloading, exposure to excessive moisture or failure to follow provided instructions, except to the extent prohibited by law.

Article 13

Customer Content and Reviews

You may submit reviews, photographs, room references, customization notes or other content where the website permits.

You retain ownership of content you create. By submitting content for publication or promotional use, you grant Solviaworld a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format and use that content for store operation, customer support and marketing, subject to applicable privacy law.

You represent that submitted content is accurate, lawful and does not infringe another person’s privacy, copyright, trademark or other rights. Do not submit confidential documents, payment information or images of individuals without appropriate permission.

We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, irrelevant or inconsistent with store policies.

Article 14

Intellectual Property

The website and its content, including branding, logos, product photography, graphics, text, layouts, design elements and original product presentation, are owned by or licensed to Solviaworld and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access the website for personal shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, scrape, publish or commercially exploit website content without prior written authorization.

Solviaworld and related branding may not be used in a domain name, advertising, marketplace listing or product presentation in a manner likely to cause confusion or imply unauthorized affiliation.

Article 15

Third-Party Services and Links

The website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, delivery carriers, social media platforms, analytics services and external websites.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Solviaworld does not control independent third-party content, availability, security or business practices.

A link or integration does not necessarily constitute endorsement. Customers should review the applicable third-party terms before using an external service.

Article 16

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that website access will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components.

Product descriptions, customization guidance, room-planning suggestions and website content are provided for general information. Customers remain responsible for verifying measurements, installation suitability and compliance with local building or safety requirements.

Nothing in these terms excludes any express product commitment, statutory guarantee or mandatory consumer remedy that applies to an order.

Article 17

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solviaworld will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business opportunity, data or use, arising from use of the website or products.

Where liability can lawfully be limited, Solviaworld’s aggregate liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or other non-excludable legal responsibility.

Article 18

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for reasonable losses, liabilities and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these terms, infringement of third-party rights or submission of unlawful content.

This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify Solviaworld for Solviaworld’s own unlawful conduct, negligence or responsibility that cannot lawfully be transferred.

Article 19

Events Outside Reasonable Control

Solviaworld will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, fire, epidemic, conflict, government action, customs delay, labor disruption, carrier interruption, infrastructure failure, material shortage or widespread technical outage.

Where an event affects an order, we may provide a revised estimate, alternative solution or cancellation option as appropriate under the circumstances and applicable law.

Article 20

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Solviaworld’s principal place of business, without excluding mandatory consumer protection rights available under the laws of the customer’s habitual residence.

Before beginning formal proceedings, customers are encouraged to contact us at sales@solviaworld.shop so that we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.

Any court, dispute process or alternative resolution mechanism will be determined according to applicable law and any non-waivable consumer rights.

Article 21

Severability, Waiver and Assignment

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision or another right.

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these terms without prior written consent. Solviaworld may assign these terms as part of a lawful merger, restructuring, financing or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable consumer law.

Article 22

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in the website, products, services, business operations or legal requirements.

Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective or last-updated date. Changes generally apply from the stated effective date and will not retroactively alter an accepted order unless required by law or agreed with the customer.
